LUNEX was designed to render photo-realistic images of the moon from virtually any perspective and phase illumination.
This newer version of LUNEX is not compatible with any previous versions.
USAGE:
To render the lunar images, the program script requires POV-Ray v3.7, the free, open-source 3D ray-tracing package, to be installed. LUNEX runs on your desktop and requires no Internet connections.
No significant programming expertise is needed to simply use LUNEX unless you wish to modify the public domain source code. It is not necessary to write code, but only change some settings in a control panel.
